ABN 27 395 286 356<\/p><p><strong>By ordering goods or services from us, you\nagree that: &#8211;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>The Price will be current at the time of\ndelivery including GST. <\/strong>We\nreserve the right to adjust the price if we incur\nextra costs due to but not limited to such things as: alteration of plan, no access\nto site for delivery, stricter<strong> <\/strong>health\nand safety requirements, etc.<\/p><p><strong>We own the goods until they are paid for. <\/strong>Goods supplied to you remain our property\nuntil we receive full payment\nof all amounts you owe us. If your account is in default we have the right to\nenter your premises (or the premises of any associated\ncompany or agent) to retake possession of the goods, without liability for\ntrespass or damage.<\/p><p><strong>Colours and textures in products may vary. <\/strong>There is a natural variation in both clay\nfired products and coloured concrete tiles that can\naffect colour, texture, composition, glaze and other features. We do not\nwarrant our clay products offered for sale\nwill match any particular sample. We are not making a sale by sample. We make\nno other warranties or representations other than the guarantees given\nto us by the roof tile manufacturer.<\/p><p><strong>Goods are at your risk <\/strong>from\nthe moment of delivery.<\/p><p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, all terms,\nconditions and warranties, statutory or otherwise, not expressly provided in these terms of sale, are\nexcluded.<\/p><p>To the extent that<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>any\nterm, condition or warranty not expressly provided in these terms of sale\ncannot be excluded due to the provisions\nof section 68A of the Trade Practices Act 1974 or any other statute, and we\nbreach such terms, conditions, or warranty,<\/li><li>you\nmake a claim as provided below and we agree that the goods were damaged or defective\nAt time of delivery<\/li><\/ul><p>Our\nliability is limited to (at our option) replacing the goods or crediting you\nwith the purchase price of the goods.<\/p><p><strong>Delivery. <\/strong>We will deliver the goods to the delivery address shown\non the order. We will unload the goods at the best possible location as\ndetermined by the transport company\nunless:<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You specifically\nask us to unload the goods elsewhere, and<\/li><li>You\nprovide council approved crossings over kerb and footpaths, and<\/li><li>The carrier is satisfied that access is safe and reasonable.<\/li><\/ol><p>We may charge waiting time if the carrier is\ndelayed at your site for more than one hour for reasons beyond the carrier&#8217;s control. If the carrier cannot identify the site because\ndelivery address is inadequate, the goods will be returned to store and you will be charged cartage.
